Raspberry Seven-Grain Bars

These look a little like the wonderful Date Bars at the Big Woods Bakery, but they are a wonderful all their own. Whereas the Date Bar crust is reminiscent of granola, the Raspberry Bars are like the best oatmeal cookie made even better with the delicious goodness of seven-grain and all fruit raspberry preserves. These are thick, chunky, satisfying, and perfectly legitimate for breakfast or lovely with afternoon tea. 3x3 squares available in sets of 9.
