Our customers really like these. For one, these are not wimpy hungry-after-you're finished scones. They are BIG. Secondly, they are wonderfully buttery, slightly sweet and light textured. Finally, to top it off (or rather, fill it in), we fill these with sweetened cream cheese sprinkled with plump dried cranberries.
